Recommendations from Allah

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Al-Baqarah
(2:254) O believers!  Spend out of the sustenance which We have provided for you before the arrival of that Day when there will be no bargaining, friendship or intercession.  It is the unbelievers who are wrongdoers.

Al-An’am
(6:71) Say, “Shall we invoke instead of Allah that which neither benefits us nor harms us and be turned back on our heels after Allah has guided us? [We would then be] like one whom the devils enticed [to wander] upon the earth confused, [while] he has companions inviting him to guidance, [calling], ‘Come to us.’ ” Say, “Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance; and we have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds.
(6:72) And to establish prayer and fear Him.” And it is He to whom you will be gathered.
(6:73) And it is He who created the heavens and earth in truth. And the day He says, “Be,” and it is, His word is the truth. And His is the dominion [on] the Day the Horn is blown. [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed; and He is the Wise, the Acquainted.

An-Nisa
(4:87) Allah – there is no deity except Him. He will surely assemble you for [account on] the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. And who is more truthful than Allah in statement.

Yunus
(10:25) And Allah invites to the Home of Peace and guides whom He wills to a straight path
(10:26) For them who have done good is the best [reward] and extra. No darkness will cover their faces, nor humiliation. Those are companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally.

Ibrahim
(14:31) Tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships.

A’lay Imran
(3:185) Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.

Al-Isra
(17:18) Whoever should desire the immediate – We hasten for him from it what We will to whom We intend. Then We have made for him Hell, which he will [enter to] burn, censured and banished.
(17:19) But whoever desires the Hereafter and exerts the effort due to it while he is a believer – it is those whose effort is ever appreciated [by Allah].
(17:20) To each [category] We extend – to these and to those – from the gift of your Lord. And never has the gift of your Lord been restricted.

Al-Ankabut
(29:55) On the Day the punishment will cover them from above them and from below their feet and it is said, “Taste [the result of] what you used to do.”
(29:56) O My servants who have believed, indeed My earth is spacious, so worship only Me.
(29:57) Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned.
(29:58) And those who have believed and done righteous deeds – We will surely assign to them of Paradise [elevated] chambers beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers
(29:59) Who have been patient and upon their Lord rely.

Ar-Rum
(30:43) So direct your face toward the correct religion before a Day comes from Allah of which there is no repelling. That Day, they will be divided.
(30:44) Whoever disbelieves – upon him is [the consequence of] his disbelief. And whoever does righteousness – they are for themselves preparing,
(30:45) That He may reward those who have believed and done righteous deeds out of His bounty. Indeed, He does not like the disbelievers.

At-Tahrim
(66:8) O you who have believed, repent to Allah with sincere repentance. Perhaps your Lord will remove from you your misdeeds and admit you into gardens beneath which rivers flow [on] the Day when Allah will not disgrace the Prophet and those who believed with him. Their light will proceed before them and on their right; they will say, “Our Lord, perfect for us our light and forgive us. Indeed, You are over all things competent.”

Luqman
(31:33) O mankind, fear your Lord and fear a Day when no father will avail his son, nor will a son avail his father at all. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver.
(31:34) Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
