Freedom of believe

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful

Al-Baqarah
(2:256) There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut [forces of Satan] and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

(2:272) Not upon you is [responsibility for] their guidance, but Allah guides whom He wills. And whatever good you spend is for yourselves, and you do not spend except seeking the countenance of Allah. And whatever you spend of good – it will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged.

Alay-Imran
(3:20) So if they argue with you, say, “I have submitted myself to Allah [in Islam], and [so have] those who follow me.” And say to those who were given the Scripture and [to] the unlearned, “Have you submitted yourselves?” And if they submit [in Islam], they are rightly guided; but if they turn away – then upon you is only the [duty of] notification. And Allah is Seeing of [His] servants.

(3:176) And do not be grieved, by those who hasten into disbelief. Indeed, they will never harm Allah at all. Allah intends that He should give them no share in the Hereafter, and for them is a great punishment.
(3:177) Indeed, those who purchase disbelief [in exchange] for faith – never will they harm Allah at all, and for them is a painful punishment.
(3:178) And let not those who disbelieve ever think that [because] We extend their time [of enjoyment] it is better for them. We only extend it for them so that they may increase in sin, and for them is a humiliating punishment.

An-Nisa
(4:39) What harm would they have suffered if they had believed in Allah and the Last Day and spent [in charity] out of what Allah had given them?  Allah knows them all.
(4:40) Rest assured that Allah does not wrong anyone even by an atom’s weight.  If someone does a good deed He increases it many fold and also gives an extra great reward on His own.

(4:80) Anyone who obeys the Rasool [Prophet], in fact, obeys Allah.  As for those who pay no heed, they should know that We have not sent you as a taskmaster over them.

(4:115) Anyone who is hostile to the Rasool [Prophet] after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him and follows a path other than that of the believers, We shall leave him in the path he has chosen and cast him into Hell, which is an evil refuge.

(4:131) To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth.  And We have instructed those who were given the Scripture before you and yourselves to fear Allah.  But if you disbelieve – then to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.  And ever is Allah Free of Need and Praiseworthy.
(4:132) [Yes!] To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth and Allah is sufficient as a Protector.
(4:133) If He wanted He could destroy you all, O mankind, and bring others.  Allah has the power to do so.
(4:134) Anyone who desires the reward of this world should know that Allah possesses the rewards of both, this world and the hereafter.  Allah hears all and sees all.

Al-Ma’idah
(5:54) O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion [let them do so] – Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.
(5:55) Your ally is none but Allah and [therefore] His Messenger and those who have believed – those who establish prayer and give zakah, and they bow [in worship].
(5:56) And whoever is an ally of Allah and His Messenger and those who have believed – indeed, the party of Allah – they will be the predominant.

(5:105) O you who have believed, you are accountable for none but for yourselves; anyone who has gone astray cannot harm you if you are on the Right Way.  To Allah you shall all return and He will let you know the truth of all that you did.

Al-An’am
(6:68) And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversion. And if Satan should cause you to forget, then do not remain after the reminder with the wrongdoing people.
(6:69) And those who fear Allah are not held accountable for the disbelievers at all, but [only for] a reminder – that perhaps they will fear Him.
(6:70) And leave those who take their religion as amusement and diversion and whom the worldly life has deluded. But remind with the Qur’an, lest a soul be given up to destruction for what it earned; it will have other than Allah no protector and no intercessor. And if it should offer every compensation, it would not be taken from it. Those are the ones who are given to destruction for what they have earned. For them will be a drink of scalding water and a painful punishment because they used to disbelieve.

(6:106) Follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord – there is no deity except Him – and turn away from those who associate others with Allah.
(6:107) But if Allah had willed, they would not have associated. And We have not appointed you over them as a guardian, nor are you a manager over them.
(6:108) And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge. Thus We have made pleasing to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them about what they used to do.

(6:133) And your Lord is the Free of need, the possessor of mercy. If He wills, he can do away with you and give succession after you to whomever He wills, just as He produced you from the descendants of another people.

(6:159) Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects – you are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah; then He will inform them about what they used to do.

Al-Anfal
(8:38) Say to those who have disbelieved [that] if they cease, what has previously occurred will be forgiven for them. But if they return [to hostility] – then the precedent of the former [rebellious] peoples has already taken place.

Yunus
(10:41) And if they deny you, then say, “For me are my deeds, and for you are your deeds. You are disassociated from what I do, and I am disassociated from what you do.”

(10:69) Say, “Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allah will not succeed.”
(10:70) [For them is brief] enjoyment in this world; then to Us is their return; then We will make them taste the severe punishment because they used to disbelieve

(10:99) And had your Lord willed, those on earth would have believed – all of them entirely. Then would you compel the people in order that they become believers?
(10:100) And it is not for a soul to believe except by permission of Allah, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason.

(10:104) Say, “O people, if you are in doubt as to my religion – then I do not worship those which you worship besides Allah; but I worship Allah, who causes your death. And I have been commanded to be of the believers
(10:105) And [commanded], ‘Direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth, and never be of those who associate others with Allah;
(10:106) And do not invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then indeed you would be of the wrongdoers.'”
(10:107) And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him; and if He intends for you good, then there is no repeller of His bounty. He causes it to reach whom He wills of His servants. And He is the Forgiving, the Merciful
(10:108) Say, “O mankind, the truth has come to you from your Lord, so whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul, and whoever goes astray only goes astray [in violation] against it. And I am not over you a manager.”
(10:109) And follow what is revealed to you, and be patient until Allah will judge. And He is the best of judges.

Hud
(11:1) [This is] a Book whose verses are perfected and then presented in detail from [one who is] Wise and Acquainted.
(11:2) “Do not worship except Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a warner and a bringer of good tidings,”
(11:3) And [saying], “Seek forgiveness of your Lord and repent to Him, [and] He will let you enjoy a good provision for a specified term and give every doer of favor his favor. But if you turn away, then indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a great Day.
(11:4) To Allah is your return, and He is over all things competent.”

(11:121) And say to those who do not believe, “Work according to your position; indeed, we are working.
(11:122) And wait, indeed, we are waiting.”
(11:123) And to Allah belong the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth and to Him will be returned the matter, all of it, so worship Him and rely upon Him. And your Lord is not unaware of that which you do.

Al-Hijr
(15:87) And We have certainly given you, seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur’an.
(15:88) Do not extend your eyes toward that by which We have given enjoyment to [certain] categories of the disbelievers, and do not grieve over them. And lower your wing to the believers
(15:89) And say, “Indeed, I am the clear warner” –

An-Nahl
(16:93) And if Allah had willed, He could have made you [of] one religion, but He causes to stray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And you will surely be questioned about what you used to do.

Al-Mu’minun
(23:53) But the people divided their religion among them into sects – each faction, in what it has, rejoicing.
(23:54) So leave them in their confusion for a time.

Al-Furqan
(25:63) And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace.

Al-Ankabut
(29:46) And do not argue with the People of the Scripture except in a way that is best, except for those who commit injustice among them, and say, “We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you. And our God and your God is one; and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.”

Fatir
(35:8) [Can that person be guided] whose evil deeds are so fair seeming to him that he considers them good? The fact is that Allah leaves to stray whom He wills and guides whom He pleases. Therefore, let not your soul expire in sorrow on their account. Allah is aware of all their actions.

Az-Zumar
(39:41) Indeed, We sent down to you the Book for the people in truth. So whoever is guided – it is for [the benefit of] his soul; and whoever goes astray only goes astray to its detriment. And you are not a manager over them.

Ash-Shura
(42:5) The heavens might have almost broken apart from above those who are [elevating Allah’s creatures to His rank], if the angels would have not been glorifying their Rabb [Lord] with His praise and begging forgiveness for those on earth. Behold! Surely it is Allah Who is the oft-Forgiving, most Merciful.
(42:6) And those who take as allies other than Him – Allah is [yet] Guardian over them; and you are not over them a manager.

(42:13) He has ordained for you the same Deen [way of life – Islam] which He enjoined on Noah – and which We have revealed to you – and which We enjoined on Abraham [Ibrahim] and Moses [Musa] and Jesus [Isa]: “Establish the Deen [of Al-Islam] and make no division in it.” Intolerable for the idols-worshippers [Mushrikin] is that to which you call them. Allah chooses whom He wills, and guides to His Way only those who turn to Him.
(42:14) And they did not become divided until after knowledge had come to them – out of jealous animosity between themselves. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord [postponing the penalty] until a specified time, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed, those who were granted inheritance of the Scripture after them are, concerning it, in disquieting doubt.

(42:30) And whatever strikes you of disaster – it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons much.
(42:31) And you will not cause failure [to Allah] upon the earth. And you have not besides Allah any protector or helper.

(42:48) But if they turn away – then We have not sent you over them as a guardian; upon you is only [the duty of] notification. And indeed, when We let man taste mercy from us, he rejoices in it; but if evil afflicts him for what his hands have put forth, then indeed, man is ungrateful.

Al-Kafirun
(109:1) Say, “O disbelievers,
(109:2) I do not worship what you worship.
(109:3) Nor are you worshippers of what I worship.
(109:4) Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.
(109:5) Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship.
(109:6) For you is your religion, and for me is my religion.”
